Innovative paste extrusion system for demanding PTFE applications
The PTFE paste extrusion system from Keicher Engineering AG enables batch production of PTFE products. The process starts with mixing emulsified PTFE powder and organic lubricants, followed by pre-pressing into so-called preforms. These are extruded through a paste extruder, then dried and sintered.
